HMPS (HOLLOW METAL PRESSED STEEEL) DOOR

Manufactured with rust resistant galvanized steel, doors are available in 20 gauge, 18 gauge and 16 gauge. All doors are constructed to meet the most rigid architectural demands. Made with high density honeycomb core laminated under pressure along with interlocking lock seam edges which ensure durability.

Door Leaf

Shutter sheet thickness is 0.80mm Infill material is Honeycomb / Mineral Wool (48 kg /cu.m).

Door Frame

Frame sheet thickness is 1.20mm.

Finish

General Doors are Pure Polyester Powder Coated / PU 60-80 Micron. They also include provision for fixing Panic Bar, SS D-Type or Lever Handle with Lock, SS Push Plate, SS Flush Bolt, SS Ball Bearing Hinges, Door Closers, & Anchor fasteners with Cap etc.

FIRE HYDRANT SHAFT DOOR MATERIAL – Door Shutters and Frames

SHUTTERS:

The door shutters are to be made from 16 gauge (1.6mm) zinc coated Galvanised Steel Sheets with zinc coating of 80-120 g/Sqm.The glass used shall be of minimum 4 mm thk clear float glasses with spacer frame all around and desiccants in it.The fixtures shall be provided as specified in the drawings or as required by the Project Manager. The word “Fire shall be written on the glass as shown in the drawings or as per the requirements of the local CFO.

FRAMES:

The frames shall be made of 16 gauge (1.6 mm) Zinc coated Galvanised Steel Sheets with zinc coating of 80-120 g/Sqm pressed bent to shape using bending machine and mitred with square edges.

Painting:

Frames and shutters shall be painted with epoxy paint. The paint shall be done with two coats over a single coat of primer paint over the surface. The surface to be painted shall be free from any rust, grease or any undulation.
